These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of evermeltuk.com (the “Site”) and the purchase of products from EvermeltUk (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing our Site or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products

EvermeltUK sells soy wax melts and gel wax melts intended for home fragrance use only.

Our products:

  • Are not candles
  • Must be used with an appropriate wax melt burner
  • Are not edible and must not be ingested

3. Product Safety & Usage

By purchasing from EvermeltUk, you agree to follow all safety instructions provided.

Safe Use Guidelines

  • Use only with a suitable wax melt burner designed for wax melts
  • Do not leave a lit burner unattended
  • Keep away from children and pets
  • Do not move the burner while wax is melted
  • Allow wax to cool completely before handling
  • Use in a well-ventilated area

EvermeltUk is not responsible for misuse of products or failure to follow safety instructions.

4. Allergies & Sensitivities

  • Our wax melts are scented and may contain fragrance oils
  • Reactions can vary between individuals

It is your responsibility to:

  • Review product descriptions
  • Discontinue use if irritation occurs

EvermeltUk is not liable for allergic reactions or sensitivities unless the product is faulty or misdescribed.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to purchase from this Site.

6. Prices & Payment

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£)
  • Prices include VAT where applicable
  • Payment is required in full at checkout
  • Secure third-party payment providers are used

7. Orders & Acceptance

  • If an order is cancelled, a full refund will be issued

8. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates only
  • Delays caused by couriers or circumstances beyond our control are not our responsibility
  • Risk passes to you once the order is delivered

9. Returns & Refunds (Wax Products)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order.

Important for Wax Products

For hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Used or melted wax products cannot be returned
  • Items must be unused, unmelted, and in original packaging

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return
  • Original postage costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty

10. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, you are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Please contact us within a reasonable timeframe with:

  • Order number

All content, branding, product names, images, and text are the property of EvermeltUk and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

12. Limitation of Liability
