This Returns Policy is in line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Change of Mind (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.
Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unmelted, and in original packaging
  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, used or melted wax products cannot be returned

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair.

Please contact us within a reasonable timeframe with:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photographic evidence where possible

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item (or evidence of fault).
