Order Processing

All of our wax melts are carefully prepared and packed with care.

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 working days
  • Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day
  • During busy periods (sales, launches, seasonal releases), processing times may be slightly longer — we’ll always aim to keep you informed

UK Shipping

  • Standard UK Shipping: £3.99
  • FREE UK Shipping on orders over £35

Estimated delivery time:

  • 2–4 working days after dispatch

EU Shipping

  • Standard EU Shipping: Royal Mail Pricing based of weight of order.

Estimated delivery time:

  • 5–10 working days after dispatch

Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on destination country and local postal services.

International Shipping

  • Standard International Shipping: Royal Mail pricing based of weight of order.

Estimated delivery time:

  • 7–15 working days after dispatch

International delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, customs processing, and local courier services.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (EU & International Orders)

For EU and international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes that may apply
  • Evermelt UK is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing

We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.

 Order Tracking

  • If tracking is available for your order, you’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update

 Incorrect Address Details

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

  • We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address
  • If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order

If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

While delays are rare, they can occasionally happen.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 working days (UK) or 15 working days (EU/International) after dispatch, please contact us

  • Once an order has been handed to the courier, delivery delays are outside of our control, but we’ll always do our best to help
