How to Use Soy Wax Melts

Soy wax melts are designed to release fragrance when gently warmed.

  1. Place 1–2 cubes of soy wax melt into the dish of your wax burner
  2. Use a standard tealight candle (4-hour recommended) or an electric wax burner
  3. Allow the wax to melt fully and release fragrance into the room
  4. Enjoy the scent for several hours — fragrance strength will gradually fade over time
  5. Once the scent has faded, allow the wax to cool completely before removing and replacing with a new melt

Tips

  • Do not add water to the wax
  • Avoid overfilling the burner dish
  • Use in a well-ventilated area
  • Keep out of reach of children and pets

How to Use Gel Wax Melts

Gel wax melts offer a strong scent throw and are used slightly differently to soy wax melts.

  1. Place 1 gel wax melt into the dish of your wax burner
  2. Use with a standard tealight candle or an electric wax burner
  3. As the gel warms, it will soften and release fragrance
  4. Gel wax does not always fully evaporate — fragrance will release until it fades
  5. Once the scent has gone, allow the gel wax to cool before removing and replacing

Important Notes for Gel Wax

  • Gel wax may remain in the burner after fragrance fades — this is normal
  • Do not mix gel wax with other wax types
  • Never add water or other substances to the burner

  • Never leave a lit burner unattended
  • Keep away from drafts, flammable materials, children, and pets
  • Always place burners on a heat-resistant surface
  • Follow manufacturer instructions for your burner
